According to observers, the government has yet to find an effective solution to alleviate the suffering caused by ongoing load-shedding. They pointed out that in the past, the power situation was kept at a manageable level using existing capacity. Furthermore, they noted that the situation was not this severe even during the tenure of the interim government.
