Bangladesh Submarine Cables has stated that the country faces no current or future bandwidth shortages. To address rising demand, the company is actively implementing the SEA-ME-WE-6 submarine cable system. This new project will complement the existing SEA-ME-WE-4 and SEA-ME-WE-5 systems to ensure sufficient connectivity for the future.
