Authorities at Osmani Hospital have issued a warning to medical staff following a review of biometric attendance records. The data indicates that 48% of doctors in the outpatient department and 65% of those in the inpatient department arrive after 9:00 am. Furthermore, the records show that 96% of outpatient doctors and 90% of inpatient doctors depart from the facility before 2:30 pm.
