Bangladesh Bank increases refund cap for depositors of 4 struggling NBFIs to Tk50 lakh
The central bank has raised the maximum refund limit for depositors of four struggling non-bank financial institutions from Tk10 lakh to Tk50 lakh.

Bangladesh Bank has officially increased the refund ceiling for depositors of four distressed non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs). Under the revised policy, depositors are now eligible to receive up to Tk50 lakh, a significant increase from the previous limit of Tk10 lakh.
