Restaurant owners in Chattogram have issued a warning to suspend services through Foodpanda, alleging that the platform imposes excessive charges. The group has presented a list of six demands to address their concerns.
The restaurateurs further claimed that they frequently face financial losses or penalties when customers cancel orders due to delays by delivery riders in collecting the food.
